What's a personal consultation?

Once I arrive, I'll take a look at your space, advise on the best package to meet your needs, and capture "before" photos. I'll ask lots of questions about how you use your space. Most importantly, we'll decide on how to make your home work best for you. Now's your chance to voice any concerns you might have about your space- so I can put you at ease. We got this.

Do you have an hourly rate?

You'll save money by booking an Elegantly Simple Package. Need a little extra time for peace of mind? Each additional hour is $75 per hour.

Do I need to be there while you organize?

Organizing often requires handling your most cherished possessions. I always encourage clients to be involved in the process. This way, you can advise on what goes and what stays. However, this experience is all about you! Need some peace and quiet to meet your deadline? You got it. Want to pour a glass of wine and toast to your new space? Let's do it. We can discuss your preferences at your personal consultation.

Do you offer gift certificates?

A session with a professional organizer is the perfect gift for your mom, wife or daughter. Searching for a thoughtful anniversary gift or birthday present for mom? Give them the gift of time, energy and space. Contact me to arrange a session as a gift.

Do you have a guarantee?

I promise, you won't have any regrets. At your personal consultation, we'll address any potential hurdles and set expectations for what dreams can be achieved. Because we plan ahead, I'm confident you'll be happy by the end of your session. When I leave your space, I want you to feel 100% satisfied with the way your home looks. Not totally joyous? We can arrange additional sessions (at my hourly rate) until your space looks exactly how you'd like it.

What kinds of spaces do you organize?

Elegantly Simple offers professional organizing for kitchens, pantries, playrooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets. Garages are subject to an additional fee (Spiders- yikes!) If you have an extra special space, please contact me to discuss our packages and find the perfect fit.

Are you willing to travel?

Elegantly Simple is based in Lubbock, Texas. A small travel fee applies to locations in the surrounding area. I gladly travel further into TX, NM, and OK as well! Different rates do apply; contact me for more detailed pricing.

Do you have a cancellation fee?

I know that life happens. That's why Elegantly Simple has a flexible cancellation policy. Rescheduling a session in advance is no problem! However, cancellations made less than a week prior forfeit their deposit.

Can you stack discounts?

I love discounts. However, Elegantly Simple discounts and promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

Do you require a deposit

We require a $500 retainer after your consultation. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Do you have a garage fee?

We charge a $100 fee for every garage organization job.

Do you do jobs smaller than 12 hours?

Of course we do, jobs under 12 hours are charged at $75 per hour. A $250 Sourcing Rate may be applied to any job under 12 hours, contact us for more details.
